The head of the business group Safety and graphics 3M company in Russia and CIS Leonid appointed Zhukotski. Alexei Shulepov, who led the business group for the past 3 years, held the position of managing Director for CIS, in the framework of the new regional division of 3M company - Russia and the CIS.
Before the appointment in the 3rd Russia and CIS, Zhukotsky, he held the position of regional Director business group Health care for the cluster of the CIS countries in the regional division of 3M East. In this position Leonid built a clustered organization in which the business developed successfully in 11 countries. Leonid has represented business group Health regional steering Committee units of the East* (up to change of regional structure of 3M company in the region, CEEMEA with 1.01.2018)
To the company 3M Leonid Zhukotsky in 2010 as the head of the business group Safety and graphics 3M Ukraine. In 2013 he was the head of the business group Healthcare 3M Ukraine.
Leonid Zhukotsky graduated from the Kiev Institute of civil aviation engineers with a degree “Management”. Leonid has experience of business management in the companies of the B2B segment such as BASF, Degussa, LEDA/Supermash. Before switching to 3M Leonid held the position of managing Director of BASF in Ukraine.
Many years of practical experience of managing business in diversified markets and experience in international positions will allow Leonid to achieve success in the role of Director of the business group Safety and graphics. Among the key tasks for this position – maintain and promote sustainable growth in business and further development of the team business group.
Leonid will be part of the regional steering Committee 3M Russia and the CIS.
Leonid is married and has two children. Likes to travel, Hobbies – quests, Billiards, motorcycles.
