At the opening ceremony with welcome speech to party and visitors were welcomed by the Deputy Minister of industry and science of the Sverdlovsk region Vyacheslav Tyumentsev, President of the Ural chamber of Commerce Andrew Besedin, Chairman of the coordination Council welding engineering, diagnostics and allied technologies Sverdlovsk region Jacob smorodinskiy, Deputy head of the Ural Department of the Federal service for ecological, technological and atomic supervision Anatoly Solovyov, Professor of the German Welding society Detlef Von Hof.
