Of course, first and foremost, we expect growth in new car sales. On the level of purchasing power will continue to influence the availability of car loans. In 2016, the situation in this segment was sad. $ 1.6 million of non-performing loans threatened the tightening of conditions for granting loans in 2017. However, the government supported the market by offering 2 programs: "First car" and "Family car" taking on the part of the credit load, and secured the payment banks up to 10% of the value of the car.  the Program showed excellent results, and in 2018 the government plans to continue with their implementation. This factor should have a positive impact on the purchasing power of the population in the segment of new cars. The big questions is the uncertainty in the auto insurance. According to open sources in the end of last year we had 178 billion of payments on OSAGO, only 3% returned to the business of auto repair in the form of actual repairs. The rest of the money was paid in cash “hands on”, then people are either not repaired the car or asked for repairs to the garages. One of the objectives of the adopted law on insurance – to improve the transparency of cash flows and taxes. According to preliminary forecasts of experts of the market of automotive services, at least 10% of the amount for the CTP was to come back in the industry of auto repair in the first year, and a year – about 20%. In fact, 2017 total percentage of return was 4.4%. Ie, the situation has changed by only 1.4%, which is quite negligible. While the law meets a lot of difficulties in the implementation, many issues need further elaboration. In the Internet environment, we are seeing stable growth of sales. Today about 12% of spare parts sales, 3-8% of the various components takes place online, in the future, we expect that this figure will grow.
