Within The last session of the Council of deputies of Belgorod, the General Director of Belgorod abrasive plant was awarded an honorary diploma of the administration. Anatoly Safonov, who is also an honorary citizen of Belgorod, received a bonus in the form of ratification in connection with his 75th birthday.
