The Contest “We are defending professionals” brought together specialists from more than 40 regions of Russia. All participation was attended by about 100 employees of occupational health services. By participating in the contest, the participants received access to the bonus program include informational articles for publication in corporate publications companies, motivational posters to be placed on the production and specialized webinars on issues of protection respiratory and hearing and the use of modern industrial technologies to improve safety and performance. The best experts of the enterprises fought for the victory in the competition: they were preparing the projects in which he talked about his experience of improving safety in the workplace.
During an online-conference, the names of the winners named members of the expert jury: Valery Korzh, Director of conditions and labour protection, Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation, Oleg Kosyrev, President of the Interregional Association promoting a safe work environment “the benchmark”, Alexei Shulepov, Director of the business group Security and graphics «3M Russia». The authors of the best works shared their experiences with other participants, including were presented the projects implemented at the enterprises of LLC «Belozerny GPK", JSC «ODK-GT", JSC «Gazprom Gazobezopasnost”.
The jury commented on the competition: “the Main goal was to collect best practices, and to provide the specialists from different regions of the access implemented programs and ideas that you can implement in the workplace. We support such initiatives, it will contribute to the development of the system of safety at Russian enterprises», - said Valery Korzh.
The Contest “We are defending professionals” has helped me to learn more about the practical experience of protection of workers in industrial enterprises, such projects allow to lift on new level the issues of labor protection. We want to continue to encourage companies to share their successful practices, to learn something new, interact with manufacturers of protection on developing new and improved products», - said Oleg Kosirev.
Alexei Shulepov said: “For us, this is the first experience of holding such a competition, we are pleased that experts on labour safety showed him such a high interest. People want to share knowledge, they need a platform that will enable you to receive relevant information on issues of labour protection and to study the experience of other companies. And this project provides just such an opportunity. We were able to gather a professional audience and we hope that this competition will contribute to the development of culture of labor protection in Russia in the future.
