“Dalzavod» in the near future will deliver a modern, five-axis machining center with numerical control, which will handle the intricate details of alloyed steels, non-ferrous metals and aluminium. In addition, the company in 2014 equipped with new appliances grinding and balancing areas, as well as commissioned fifteen high-precision modern grinders procured under the programme on modernization of the plant. Just over a year on the improvement of the technical facilities of the company, for the purchase of new equipment was allocated 350 million rubles.
With new machining centers ’Dalzavod” will be able to process the workpiece on five axes simultaneously, without losing the high quality of the processed surface. In addition, this equipment allows you to quickly perform milling operations, drilling, turning and threading, which previously required up to eight machines and long working time. Turners-technologists working on "Dalzavod”, will be trained in a training and demonstration centre far Eastern Federal University, which established similar centres.
