Enerprom tested the jacks with carbon fiber

Jacks (hydraulic cylinders)  carbon fiber – is a Jack to which the entire length of the surface of the liner is wound carbon fiber, thereby by reinforcing the carbon fiber gidrotartrat. When winding the fiber, it is covered with a special two-component glue, allowing to tightly fasten the carbon on the sleeve.

Advantages of carbon fiber jacks unlike conventional steel.

1. Anti-corrosion protection. Carbon fiber additionally protects the housing making it resistant to aggressive environment;

2. Light weight. Carbon fiber lightens the weight of the Jack is 30% if to compare with the usual “thick” Jack with similar characteristics;

3. Increased durabilitythe Jack with a carbon fiber can withstand a higher pressure load, up to two times stronger, depending on toschiny winding uglerodnogo fibers;

4. Affordable price. Technology the manufacture of “thick” cartridges for high blood pressure in Russia is very expensive. Carbon fiber reduces the production of “thick” cartridges, thereby reducing production costs and the final purchase price to our Customers.

Carbon fiber (carbon) - material composed of thin fibers different in diameter from 5 to 15 µm, formed mainly by atoms of carbon. Carbon fiber characterized by high tensile strength, low density, low coefficient of thermal expansion and chemical inertness.
