Plant «Agregat" received from GC "FIN" hundredth anniversary ultraprecision lathe K250 LSK manufactured by the Swiss company «Kummer". The main purpose of the new items are hard turning and grinding, as well as help in achieving the super-micron precision, velocity and acceleration linear motors. On superrigid 7-ton frame of the unit with a unique design set hung movable headstock with direct drive, which reduces mobile mass machine to 2.5% of its total weight.
In K250 LSK uses technology hard turning, which can handle parts cutting with high roughness and accuracy, thus replacing deburring and grinding work. The machine works very fast, allowing to reduce the cost of finished goods and achieve record results. Its use also gives the opportunity to refuse selective Assembly, significantly improving productivity and quality of work.
