“Stankoprom" has entered into an agreement with the government of the Tula region, under which both parties will cooperate in the field of startup and upgrading of machine tool enterprises. Tula region have committed themselves to work on the issue of the regional subsidies, tax breaks and other necessary “to Stankoprom" preferences. In addition, the authorities of the Tula region will study the possibility of co-investment projects «the Stankoprom" in cooperation with regional enterprises.
Cooperation "of Stankoprom" and the Tula region will occur in the sub-programme development of domestic machine tool industry. Just this subprogramme includes the implementation of 10-15 investment projects directly related to the production of machines. Today in the Tula region there are several of the most promising sites for locating new machine-tool capacities - namely, industrial Park "Nodal", Aleksin experimental mechanical plant, «Tulamashzavod" and TITI.
