Today ’Technoforum-2014” OJSC “Stankoprom" Association "Stankoinstrument” with the assistance of ZAO " Expocentr» held a scientific-technical conference " Perspective technologies and development of high-tech equipment of the enterprises of machine-tool industry, meet the objectives of the Federal program " development of the defense-industrial complex of the Russian Federation for 2011-2020.
In the conference took part the President of the Russian Association " Stankoinstrument» George Samodurov, first Deputy General Director of OJSC “Stankoprom» Eugene Polkanov, the heads of the machine-tool industry, engineering firms and research institutes industry.
In his opening remarks George Samodurov outlined the General picture of the development of machine tool industry in the world and our country. it ’s production Volume in 2013 in the world decreased by 8.6%. First place for the production of metal-working equipment the last three or four years is China. It is followed by Germany and Japan. These three countries now produce two-thirds of Metalworking equipment in the world. The centre of production has shifted from Europe to Southeast Asia. Consumption of equipment in the first place China, followed by USA, Germany and Japan. The level of production and consumption of Metalworking equipment is an important condition for the creation of prerequisites for tomorrow's technological breakthroughs.
In Russia the production fell after the 2008 crisis. The good news I want to emphasize, " continued George Samodurov,that increased the number of complex technical equipment - significantly increased production of CNC machines and modern machining centers. But, unfortunately, today our businesses are "not because but in spite of”. If you compare the same company, for example, France and Russia, our costs per unit of output twice. This is due to the high mortgage interest rates, transport costs, tariffs for electricity and so on. It is a subject of special discussion. Hopefully, with the adoption of the law on industrial policy, which is now being considered by lawmakers, the situation will change.
Eugene Polkanov, thanked the organizers «Technoforum» for the second time that industry experts were able to come together to discuss professional issues. As he noted, the future of the industry in the modernization of enterprises on the basis of modern technologies that will allow competitive machines and equipment.
