The plant " VIZAS” will gather the shareholders on March 29 to summarize the results of financial-economic activity of the enterprise for last year. The meeting will take place in Vitebsk will start at 14:00. On the agenda will be considered all the reports on the work done by the plant in 2015.
Director of “VIZAS” will report on the finances and will present to the approval of the key performance indicators for the current year. Shareholders also share the results of the audit conducted by the audit Commission in relation to economic and financial activities of the company.
In the course of the meeting approve the annual financial statements of the plant over the past year, distribution and use of net income/loss and dividend payments. In addition, will be approved the direction of distribution of the proceeds “VIZAS” for the current year. Shareholders will elect new members to the Supervisory Board and the auditing Commission, and also approved their remuneration in 2016.
