Region: Sverdlovsk region occupies the 2nd place in Russia the volume of industrial production, behind only Moscow region. Industrial complex of the region includes more 5400 enterprises of different ownership forms employed in the machinery instrumentation, metallurgy, mining, chemical, forestry, energy, construction.
